15 mL rapeseed oil
1 thin cut beef frying steak [or rump steak], cut into thin pieces
1 onion, peeled and thinly sliced
2 Long rolls [or baguette]
50 g blue stilton cheese, crumbled
FRENCH'S® Crunchy Onions, as needed
French's® Classic Yellow® Mustard [or Sweet, or Spicy Mustard]
- HEAT the oil in a large frying pan. Add the steak and onions and cook for about 1-2 minutes each side depending on the thickness of the steak. Take the onions out if they start to overcook.
- PREHEAT the grill. Cut open the rolls length-ways to create a ‘top pocket’ – Add a large squeeze of mustard to one side and then add the cooked steak and onions.
- TOP with blue cheese and place under hot grill for 1-2 mins to melt the cheese.
