Sweet & Tangy Chicken Salad

125 ml light sour cream
50 ml FRENCH'S Classic Yellow® Mustard
50 ml FRENCH'S® Californian Sweet Onion Relish
2 ml curry powder
1 ml salt
750 g cubed cooked chicken
1 med apple, thinly sliced
2 med green onions, chopped
- BLEND sour cream, mustard, relish and spices in large bowl.
- STIR in chicken, apple and green onions. Cover and chill.
- SERVE over salad greens or on whole wheat rolls.
- To cook chicken, place boneless skinless chicken breasts on microwave-safe plate; cover.
- Microwave on HIGH for 7 to 10 min. until chicken is cooked through. Cool.
