Turkey Burgers with Remoulade Sauce

625 g lean ground turkey
90 ml French's® Classic Yellow® Spicy Mustard
90 ml chopped fresh parsley
50 ml light sour cream
30 ml French's® California Sweet Onion Relish
4 whole wheat rolls, small and split
- MIX turkey, 60ml mustard, and 60ml parsley in large bowl. Shape into 4 patties, 1 cm thick.
- COMBINE sour cream, remaining 30 ml mustard, remaining 30ml parsley, and relish in small bowl.
- GRILL burgers over medium-high heat for 12 min. or until no longer pink in centre, turning once. Serve on rolls with spicy remoulade.
