Sweet & Tangy Chicken Salad

125 ml light sour cream
50 ml French’s® Classic Yellow® Sweet or Spicy Mustard
50 ml French’s® California Sweet Onion Relish
2 ml curry powder
1 ml salt
750 g cubed cooked chicken
1 med apple, thinly sliced
2 med green onions, chopped

Preparation Method

  • BLEND sour cream, mustard, relish and spices in large bowl.
  • STIR in chicken, apple and green onions. Cover and chill.
  • SERVE over salad greens or on whole wheat rolls.


  • To cook chicken, place boneless skinless chicken breasts on microwave-safe plate; cover. Microwave on HIGH for 7 to 10 min. until chicken is cooked through. Cool.
