Spicy Beer Cheese Dip Recipe

Make your favourite pub appetiser at home! The dip is made in no time and requires only a few ingredients, but will give you the full taste experience. You can dip in anything you like such as bread, pretzels or veggies.

227 g cream cheese, softened
170 g sliced sharp cheddar cheese (alternatively gouda or gruyere)
60 ml French's® Classic Yellow® Spicy Mustard
15 ml Worcestershire Sauce
7.5 ml garlic powder
3 green onions, chopped (optional)
125 ml beer (choose your favourite beer, this can also be non-alcoholic)

Preparation Method

  • BLEND the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Mustard, Worcestershire, garlic powder and green onions until well combined in a microwave safe bowl.
  • MICROWAVE on high power level for 2 to 3 minutes, make sure to stir once halfway, until the dip is smooth.
  • STIR in the beer until fully blended. Microwave again for 1 minute or until the dip is hot. To finish, sprinkle the appetiser with green onions if desired.
  • SERVE warm with pretzels or your favourite dippers and enjoy!
