Savory Roasted Vegetables

900 g assorted cut-up vegetables (zucchini, peppers, onions, carrots)
45 ml French’s® Classic Yellow® Mustard, any flavour
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 ml salt
30 ml chopped fresh basil

Preparation Method

  • PREHEAT oven to 220°C. Combine all ingredients, except basil, in a shallow roasting pan.
  • ROAST 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until tender.
  • SPRINKLE with basil and serve.
