Jalapeno Popper Dip
Yield: 3 cups dip
Prep Time: 10 minutes
225 g cream cheese
240 ml mayonnaise
225 g shredded cheddar cheese
30 ml French’s® Classic Yellow® Mustard
113 g diced jalapeños, drained [or 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and diced]
30 g Panko breadcrumbs, toasted, optional
Preparation Method
- COMBINE all ingredients except bread crumbs in medium bowl.
- SPRINKLE breadcrumbs over dip just before serving.
- SERVE with tortilla chips.
Notes
- For a hot dip, turn into ovenproof dish; top with bread crumbs. Bake at 190° C for 20 minutes or until hot.
