Indian Chick Pea Dip

500 ml reduced sodium chick peas, rinsed and drained
125 ml light sour cream
60 ml French’s® Californian Sweet Onion Relish

60 ml French's® Classic Yellow® Mustard; any flavour
10 ml curry powder
1 ml salt
60 ml chopped cilantro

Preparation Method

  • BLEND beans, sour cream, relish, mustard, curry powder and salt in food processor until smooth.
  • STIR in cilantro. Spoon into serving bowl.
  • SERVE with crackers or cut-up vegetables.
