Double Cheese Burger

908 g ground beef
45 ml Worcestershire Sauce
5 ml garlic powder
8 American cheese slices
60 ml French’s® Classic Yellow® Mustard  (any flavour)
8 green lettuce leaves
8 tomato slices
60 ml tomato ketchup
56 g French’s® Crunchy Onions
4 whole grain Kaiser rolls, split

Preparation Method

  • MIX beef, Worcestershire and garlic powder together. Form into 8 burgers.
  • GRILL burgers over high heat until juices run clear (71°C internal temperature). Top each burger with one slice cheese and cook until cheese melts.
  • TO assemble burger, spread 15 ml of mustard on bottom half of grilled bun; follow with 2 lettuce leaves and two tomato slices and then two of the burger patties. Finish with 15 ml ketchup and 14g French's® Crunchy Onions and top of roll.
