Kansas City Pulled Pork flatbread with classic BBQ sauce

1 flatbread
60 ml French’s® Kansas City Classic BBQ Sauce
420 ml mozzarella cheese, shredded
240 ml pork, pulled into medium pieces
9 red onion, slivers
15 ml peanuts, chopped
15 ml cilantro, fresh, coarse chopped

Preparation Method

  • PRE-HEAT oven to 190°C. Spread BBQ Sauce over crust, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Top with cheese, pork and onions. Bake 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is crisp.
  • TOP with peanuts and cilantro. Cut into wedges.
