Crunchy Onion Bruschetta

16 slices French or Italian bread
1 clove garlic
2 large tomatoes, chopped
175 ml French’s® Crunchy Onions
30 ml chopped fresh basil
15 ml balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
- RUB bread slices with garlic. Toast lightly.
- COMBINE remaining ingredients.
- SPOON about 30ml tomato mixture onto each bread slice. Top with additional French’s® Crunchy Onions if desired.
